Booking Policy

All appointments must be booked in advance. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability but may experience wait times. Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• Repeated no-shows may result in a deposit being required for future bookings.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment to respect the time of other clients. Please call ahead if you are running behind.

We maintain a clean and sanitary environment for all clients and staff. Please reschedule your appointment if you are feeling unwell. We reserve the right to refuse service if health and safety standards cannot be met.

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash and major credit/debit cards. Prices are subject to change without notice.
